About the Regional Awards Advisors Role
The Regional Awards Advisor plays a vital part in fostering a culture of appreciation and recognition. This position ensures that the achievements of our patrollers, instructors, leaders, and teams are honored through timely, accurate, and meaningful award submissions.
What You’ll Do
- Guide patrols and program leaders through the awards process
- Promote awareness of available awards and recognition pathways
- Review, advise, and support high quality award nominations
- Ensure submissions meet national standards
- Collaborate with division leadership to celebrate exceptional service
- Champion a positive, inclusive recognition culture across the region
